Karol is working for Visa for over 6 years. He is creator of Visa Data Science Lab team in Central and Eastern Europe, he is managing this team from the very beginning. He also has over 12 years of experience in banking, where he created and implemented data based solutions. He specializes in the use of Big Data in business, both in banking and currently at Visa, advising managers in taken decisions. He supports modern techniques of data use, especially in the field of model building, propensity testing and prediction. Data enthusiast. He graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics in the field of Quantitative Methods in Economics and Information Systems.
